Sigma Quenchin is a compounded type quenching medium manufactured with highly refined mineral oil fortified with fatty oil & additives to provide accelerated quenching of the components. It has good wetting properties leading to higher quenching speed.

Hardening and tempering large forgings of alloy steels, bar and section quenching and for hardening tool steel.
