Sigma Cutstead Series is well-balanced soluble cutting oil formulation possessing very good anti-rust, anti-corrosion and biocide properties. It has superior cooling and lubricating properties, which impart excellent surface, finish and minimize tool wear. Highly stable emulsions in water are obtained on adding the oil at recommended dosage levels (depending on the severity of operation) to water with continuous stirring, which can be used in a variety of machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
